By using planmypet.com, its tools (calculators, articles), and the PlanMyPet mobile app, you agree to these terms.

1. What PlanMyPet is

PlanMyPet is an informational service for dog and cat owners: reference articles, calculators (food norms etc.), and a mobile app with a pet profile, reminders for medications and vaccinations, a health score, and a veterinary data reference.

2. CRITICAL: not veterinary advice

Information on the site, in calculators, and in the app (including the health score, dose estimates, and reminders) is general reference. It does not replace examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed veterinarian.

• If your pet is sick, injured, or ingested something dangerous — contact a vet, do not rely on the site.
• Drug dosages and schedules are reference orientations. Final regimen must be agreed with your vet considering your specific pet.
• In an emergency call a 24-hour vet clinic.

We make reasonable efforts to keep facts on the site correct and verified against veterinary sources, but do not guarantee their completeness or applicability to your specific case.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanMyPet bears no responsibility for:

• any harm to a pet's health or life, directly or indirectly related to use of site materials;
• financial loss from decisions based on site materials;
• temporary service unavailability, calculator errors, or loss of form data.

4. Intellectual property

Articles, calculators, design, logo, and the PlanMyPet brand are property of the service operator. Copying or republishing on other sites without permission is prohibited.

Manufacturer and product logos (Simparica, Bravecto, Royal Canin etc.) are property of the respective companies and used on the site for identification (nominative fair use).

5. Site use

You agree NOT to:

• attempt to hack or damage the site;
• scrape content at scale without permission;
• use the subscription form for spam.

We reserve the right to block access for violators.

6. Account and app

Using the app requires an account (sign-in via a one-time email code). You are responsible for the accuracy of the pet data you enter and for keeping access to your email. You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → Delete account.

Some features may be offered via a subscription (Premium). The scope and terms of the subscription are shown in the app at the time of purchase. We may suspend or limit access if these terms are violated.

7. Affiliate links

Some pages may contain affiliate links to pet stores and veterinary pharmacies. Purchases via such links may earn us a small commission at no extra cost to you. Our editorial stance on drugs is not determined by affiliate agreements.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be published here.

9. Governing law

The law of the operator's country of registration applies. Disputes are resolved under applicable law.
